Joe Torre is former All-Star MLB player and HOF manager who continues today as a MLB executive. Joe played for the Milwaukee / Atlanta Braves, St. Louis Cardinals and New York Mets between 1960 and 1977. He played catcher, first base and third base in his career. Joe was a 9-time All-Star and won the 1971 National League MVP Award. After his playing career ended, Joe has managed the Mets, the Braves, the Cardinals, the New York Yankees and the Los Angeles Dodgers. While Joe was with the Yankees his teams won the World Series four times (1996, 1998, 1999 and 2000.) After leaving the Yankees, Joe managed the Dodgers for three seasons and helping Joe attain a streak of 14 consecutive post-seasons. Joe was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame as a manager in 2014. Joe has continued in baseball through today as an executive in the MLB Commissioner's Office.
