PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES TUG McGRAW & TIM McCARVER SIGNED ONE OF A KIND WORLD AFFAIRS COUNCIL BASEBALL CAP. Cap was signed by both Tug McGraw and Tim McCarver during the World Affairs Council Meeting in the late 1970's in the Grand Ballroom of the Bellevue Stratford Hotel on Broad Street in Philadelphia, Pa. while they and other Philadelphia sports legends attended the meeting with one of the subjects discussed was the state of SPORTS in America. I personally had this cap signed while attending that meeting and will stand behind the authenticity 100%, Guaranteed to pass any and all authentication by nationally recognized authentication services like PSA, Becket, JSA, etc..
