Here’s a beautiful brand-new set of beautiful fine walnut grips for the for the SIG P225/P6 semi-automatic pistols.
These grips DO NOT fit the new SIG P225-A1 pistol recently released.
These are stunning grips made of fine English Walnut, with beautiful grain patterns and coloring, and the finest quality machining, all made in the USA.  The fit is very precise, and when installed will highly enhance the appearance of your firearm.  The grips are polished to achieve a tremendous glossy surface that brings out the true grain of the natural wood.  This version of the grips have checkering within a sharply defined border, with the smooth area starting just below the upper grip screw to the top of the grip on each side.
The backstrap of these grips is also checkered, and encloses the gun's frame, enabling a superior grasp on the pistol and adding an extra touch of functionality and beauty to one of our finest grips.  We have a version with a smooth backstrap in another listing, if you'd prefer that.
These grips are installed in halves, with a metal dowel pin and the existing grip screws used to locate the halves on your gun prior to securing them.  These grips are simply outstanding when fitted to a gun, and there aren't any photos we can take that really do these grips justice as they are simply beautiful.  The grips aren't varnished, but finished with a fine oil to enhance the beauty of the wood and preserve it as well.  Whether your gun's finish is black/blued or silver in color, these will add that special touch, as no two sets of grips have exactly the same grain.  Any "marks" on the grips are within the grain itself - there is no enhancement done to falsely simulate wood grain, as there is no need to do so on such fine wood.
The grips do not include any grip screws and use the standard-length screws, including your SIG OEM screws.  If you need or would like new grip screws, see our other listings as we have grip screws for SIG models and many others.  We have screws specifically for these models in both stainless and blued hex-head style with hex wrench included, so be sure to ask if you need them.
The photos show these unassembled, in two halves, but when assembled on the gun they enclose the backstrap of the pistol.

These grips aren't plastic or synthetic; they are fine English walnut, with the grips made by craftsmen using modern CNC equipment to allow these to be sold at a price that is affordable.  They are beautifully made, and the pictures can't truly show the beauty of these grips.  The detail of the grain stands out because these aren't stained or varnished, so the natural beauty of the wood shines through.  These are amongst the finest quality grips available for SIG pistols.  These are oiled to protect the grips yet allow the natural wood to be highlighted.

These are for either left- or right-handed shooters, as there is no distinct thumb rest on either side's grip panel.
