    He is wearing a green hat (tall w/brim), a pair of green pants;
    jacket has long green sleeves & white
    w/purple & glittery gold stripes on the rest of the Top & Bow Tie
    at the neck,
    a 'gold chain' with a cardboard Pocket Watch attached, & a Pair of purple Shoes w/curled up toes.
    And, of course, don't forget his adorable Mustache!!
