THANK YOU to all of those Ebayers = who have brought to my attention that the small doll is perhaps an unmarked Muffie Doll? and, I am of the opinion - that you can fix/and or the arms off is common? Please note - I truly do not know the years and origin of these dolls and other stuff- but know that have been in storage for as long as I can remember (50 + years). Can't find maker logos, etc. - but have done as much research as one can do....on the internet and ebay. How exciting if you are a Doll Collector - whew - many many listings of all types. From the person who is now "collecting" old coffee cans....the kind my Dad used to keep in the garage with nails and junk in them....are selling for a small fortune now. Who knew - that old coffee cans and dolls would be now$$? Can you all help me find a 2 lb 1952 Folgers Coffee Can?
ZOOM in on pics - and you will see the two bigger dolls - please note - the eyes "work" but are lazy...and then the doll parts, the doll girdles, nylons, heels, crochet dress. Does not appear that these are worth millions - but they have character - and the clothes appear to be hand sewn - something worth more than money to some!
p.s. I have my original "Barbie" - tho I PLAYED, DRESSED and she went every where I did when years ago- the kind of doll that will never leave my Cedar Chest!
